Dr Liew graduated from the National University of Singapore and obtained a postgraduate diploma as a Member of the Faculty of General Dental Practitioners (UK). He served in the Health Promotion Board and was the pioneer batch of doctors to start the mobile dental clinics in secondary schools, treating children and young adults before moving on to the Singapore Armed Forces (SAF) as a civilian Dental Officer (DO).
Dr Liew spent a couple of years as a DO eventually heading Nee Soon Dental Centre where he honed his skills in wisdom tooth surgery. Upon leaving the SAF, he spent the following year in different polyclinics eventually heading the old Queenstown Polyclinic Dental Centre at Margaret Drive prior to its move to Stirling Road. He transitioned from there to private practice, and during the few years between government and private practice, he completed several orthodontic training programmes, attended advanced surgical and implant courses and attained the intensive MFGDP (UK) postgraduate diploma amongst others.
Having developed a special interest in braces, Dr Liew incorporated orthodontics in his daily patient management for the last 15 years. He has also amassed a deep affinity for performing dental implant surgery, especially in difficult areas like shallow sinus floors and thin gum ridges, often performing adjunct surgery such as sinus membrane lifting and ridge augmentation surgery to complement implants. He is also a certified aesthetic physician in botulinum toxin and medical fillers, often using these to enhance the final aesthetic appearance and functional outcome of his patients. He was recently conferred Fellow of the International College of Dentists (FICD), a title that aims to honour the top 2% of the dentists worldwide.

Dr Bertrand Chew
Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon
Dr. Bertrand Chew obtained his Basic Dental degree from NUS in 2001.He went on to become a fellow of the Royal Australian College of Dental Surgeons Masters in Dental Surgery (OMS) in 2006. His MDS was sponsored by the NHG (Alexandra Health) from the second year. He is now an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon and obtained the Fellowship of the Academy of Medicine, Singapore. In 2012, he obtained the SAF Overseas Fellowship to further specialize in implantology at UCLA, USA.
Dr Chew”s experience includes being the SAF head officer, a Consultant at Ng Teng Fong general hospital and Jurong Medical Centre, and Visiting Consultant to Khoo Teck Puat Hospital, Alexandra Health and National University Centre for Oral Health Singapore. He was also a visiting Consultant and the member of the Oral Health Academician program at National Dental Centre Singapore. At the Faculty of Dentistry, NUS, Dr Chew taught the post-graduate and undergraduate courses in implant Dentistry as a Senior Clinical Lecturer. Likewise, He is a certified Trainer for Advanced Trauma Life Support Course (ATLS). He is also currently a Senior Visiting Specialist in the SAF.
His clinical interests include bone/soft tissue grafting, implantology, dental alveolar procedures and upper wisdom tooth removal.
In his spare time, he helps out at the community (such as overseas mission trips) and he holds an Advance Certificate of Community Leadership, a joint program by the People Association and the Republic Polytechnic.

Dr Charles Tan
BDS (Singapore)
Dr Charles Tan received his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the National University of Singapore. He joined Singhealth as a Dental Officer (DO) in 2007 with stints at Health Promotion Board and Geylang Polyclinic. He was then posted to Singapore Armed Forces as a civilian DO at Tuas Naval Base. He entered private practice in 2010. Dr Tan’s clinical interest is in functional dentistry that is in the interest of his patients’ needs. He is a member of the Singapore Dental Association.

Dr Kee Keng Hsiung
BDS (Singapore)
Dr Kee graduated from National University of Singapore’s School of Dentistry in 2002. He served in various institutions in the public sector including Singhealth Polyclinics, Health Promotion Board and Singapore Armed Forces. He has been practising general dentistry in private practice since in various locations, providing patient-centric care to a diverse pool of patients.

Dr Nick Sin

Dr Nick graduated from the National University of Singapore with a Bachelor of Dental Surgery. He served in the polyclinics in Singhealth and National Healthcare Group, as well as Health Promotion Board as a dental officer before joining the private sector.

Dr David Hee
BDS (Singapore)
Dr David Hee graduated from the National University of Singapore with Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) in 2010. Prior to entering private practice, he served as a Dental Officer at National Healthcare Group Polyclinics, SingHealth Polyclinics, School Dental Services, Khoo Teck Puat Hospital and Singapore Armed Forces. During his free time, he enjoys sports and outdoor activities.
